The ulmerwelle® has been developed as a high-quality urban noise protection for the city of Ulm: for the use to protect the building stock in difficult terrain and to provide maximum noise protection.

The design of the ulmerwelle® GFK elements has now been protected worldwide. It proved extremely flexible and efficient.

The basic module consists of a corrugated, smooth or round plate made of fiberglass with highly absorbent whisper-foam lamination.

The dimensions of each panel are 1.25m width and 2.30m height, the light weight of each panel is 15Kg.

The panels are connected by a vertical joint with each other. As a result, any floor plan design is possible spontaneously.

The spontaneity of the installation is made possible by the use of screw foundations. They are screwed into the ground with a driving machine without further preparation.

Thanks to the lightness of the panels themselves, a very quick installation of a wall is possible. Installed on the green field can be installed up to 400m per week.

The panels are prefabricated at the factory, come to the construction site in the locked container and can then be handled by hand.

The system allows disassembly and relocation with relatively simple means. There are only a few screws to loosen and turn the screw foundation out of the ground.

The glossy show side is waiting for attractive designs. The factory offers monochrome and patterned designs.

The whisper page represents the maximum of physically achievable noise absorption performance. a= 1,0.

The patented foam design of UV stabilized polyethylene has very good particulate matter and dust binding properties.

Currently in anthracite color it will be offered in grayscale in the future.
